Meet Our Team
As a native of Arkansas, Lynsey loves getting outdoors whether it be hiking, kayaking, or relaxing near the water and she believes Northwest Arkansas is the best place to explore and enjoy nature. She also loves podcasts, crafting with her 2 year old daughter Ella Grace, and cooking. She and her husband of five years grew up in south Arkansas. In 2007 she moved to central Arkansas for undergrad at the University of Arkansas Little Rock and later attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences for dental hygiene. She pursued dentistry in order to serve people and incorporate her desire to educate.
“My mother has been a teacher and coach my whole life. I have learned that we have to encourage to earn respect and trust from people before they take our advice or heed our coaching. As a hygienist, I am privileged to ‘coach’ people every day into living healthier lives. Oral health affects our overall health. My goal is to encourage, educate, and partner with Dr. Adams to ensure people leave our office healthier than they walk in.”

Payton was born and raised in Arkansas. She enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling and being home with her corgi, Roscoe. When she is not reading or baking at home, Payton loves going to the movies.
Payton is a proud graduate of NWACC’s dental assisting program. She previously worked in Missouri and received her Expanded Functions in Restorative 1. She continues to expand her horizon by taking CE courses.
Payton enjoys working alongside of Dr. Adams because she treats patients more like family than just a number. As a dental assistant, her favorite thing is to help patients transform their smile and rebuild their confidence.
Erin was born and raised in Western NY and moved to NWA in September of 2018 with her husband, Darren. She has 2 children, Kailah and Daniel who are attending college in Geneseo, NY. When Erin is not traveling to visit her family and friends in WNY, she enjoys golfing with her husband, exploring the NWA area and trying new restaurants.
Erin has been in the dental field at the front desk for about 5 years with a background in Hospitality Management. Her favorite part of dentistry is meeting new people and building relationships with the patients to help them feel relaxed and comfortable coming into the dentist office. Erin chose Heather Adams Dentistry because of the welcoming atmosphere and kindness that Dr. Adams brings to the office and to the community.

Staci was born in Texarkana, TX and raised in Mountain Home, AR. She moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2009 to attend the University of Arkansas and study Theatre. She loves kayaking and enjoying the bike trails with her husband Keven and daughter Phoenix. When they are stuck in the house, you can find her watching Star Wars with her two dogs: Chewbacca and Han Solo.
Prior to joining the Heather Adams Dentistry team, Staci interned at Walt Disney World and then spent five years in restaurant management. She feels at home in dentistry because her mom has been a dental assistant or dental office manager for Staci’s whole life.
Staci loves Heather Adams Dentistry because of Dr. Adams passion to ensure that every patient feels comfortable and at home in the office. As someone trained in guest service, she loves ensuring the patients leave happy with their experience and their smiles.
Registered Dental Assistant
Martha was born in El Paso, TX and has been here in Northwest Arkansas since 2005. She enjoys cooking and watching movies with her husband, Jesse, and son, Allyn.
Martha graduated her dental assisting program in 1995 from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. She worked for fourteen years as a trainer for the U.S. Navy Dental Clinic and spent seven years working in Maxillofacial Surgery.
Martha likes working alongside Dr. Adams because, like herself, Dr. Adams is a perfectionist and has a true passion for dentistry. “I like how professional she is with her patients and staff, but still shows so much compassion. She produces good quality dentistry, and I know I can support her and trust that her work is the right thing for the patient.”
